1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher legal age in your location). You must be able to enter a binding contract and must not be self-excluded or prohibited from gambling. We may ask for proof of age or identity before a payout.
2. Your ID
- One person may hold one ID unless support agrees otherwise in writing.
- You must keep login details secret. Actions on the ID are treated as yours.
- We may suspend or close an ID for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, under-age play, chargebacks or legal risk.
- Inactive IDs may be frozen. Remaining balances are handled after identity checks; unclaimed funds are not guaranteed indefinitely.
3. Deposits and payouts
Deposits are credited after we confirm the transfer on the payment rail you used. Minimums, maximums and available methods can change and are confirmed on WhatsApp. Withdrawals are processed after we review the request; timing depends on banks, UPI rails and risk checks, not only on 45sport.
- Payouts are normally sent only to a method in your own name.
- We may delay or refuse a payout if KYC is incomplete, stakes look irregular, or a deposit is reversed.
- You must not use stolen payment instruments or third-party accounts.
4. Extras and bonuses
Homepage figures (for example 10% on a first fund and 5% on later funds) are offers, not guaranteed for every amount or method. Support confirms the live rate when you message after a deposit. We may:
- Cap, pause or withdraw an offer without prior notice.
- Void extras obtained by multi-accounting or fake deposits.
- Apply wagering, game or market restrictions if stated in the chat confirmation.
If chat confirmation conflicts with marketing copy, the chat confirmation for that deposit applies.
5. Markets and live tables
Odds, limits and game rules can change while an event is live. Settlements follow the official result we use for that market. Obvious errors (for example a price that is clearly mistyped) may be voided. Interruptions, abandoned matches or dealer-studio outages can lead to voided or partially settled tickets according to house rules applied at the time.
Casino outcomes are determined by the studio or software provider. 45sport is not liable for studio downtime beyond reversing unsettled stakes where that is the provider’s rule.
6. Prohibited use
You must not:
- Use bots, syndicates or insider information on sporting events.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape or attack the website.
- Harass staff or other players on WhatsApp or elsewhere.
- Advertise 45sport in ways that target minors.
7. Liability
The site and support channel are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, 45sport is not liable for lost profits, lost stakes caused by your connection, or third-party payment failures. Our aggregate liability related to your ID is limited to the net amount of confirmed deposits minus withdrawals in the three months before a claim, except where liability cannot be limited (for example proven fraud by us).
8. Responsible gaming
Wagering should be entertainment, not income. Set a loss limit before you play. Walk away if you chase losses, hide play from family, or borrow money to fund an ID.
- Ask support to apply a cooling-off pause or to close the ID.
- Independent help (examples): BeGambleAware and local counselling services in your country.
- Never allow anyone under 18 to use your phone or ID.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The “last updated” date will change. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, without affecting consumer protections that cannot be waived in your country.
